Using the directory

PROCONSA is a product research and sourcing enquiry service. Catalogue listings are reference information. Product specifications, availability, pricing, authenticity, warranties and compliance must be confirmed with the relevant supplier for the exact order.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a purchase order. Supplier quotations, service fees, delivery terms and inspection scope are agreed separately. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the final commercial terms and destination requirements before purchasing.

Research and community content

Editorial product assessments are based on catalogue information and procurement criteria unless documented physical testing is expressly stated. Community contributions reflect the contributor’s views and are moderated. Do not submit unlawful content, private information or misleading commercial claims.

Inspection support

Inspections cover only the scope agreed with the service provider. Results reflect the goods and checks available at the inspection time. Inspection is not a guarantee of all product characteristics and does not replace required certification or laboratory testing.
