A new electric spindle is received to start from low speed 6000. It will increase by 3000 after every ten minutes, and it will be used normally after 24,000 revolutions. The bearing inside the new spindle needs to be preheated and run-in, remember! In order to extend the service life of the spindle, it is best to start the test run for 10-15 minutes when the spindle is used normally.
Take the 24000 rpm spindle as an example, the other speed spindles are the same.
